Another great signing for ATF Gaia, an adaptive company specializing in equipment life cycle management. This social and solidarity economy actor joins wholesaler Tech Data to give its customers a second life in their aging parks.
For Tech Data, this is an opportunity to enrich its TD Renew program by expanding its trade-in offer to servers, desktops, screens and laptops, which until now has been limited to smartphones and tablets. It will be accessible through its TD Renew portal, which offers an automated end-to-end recovery process from material evaluation to collection.
“Through TD Renew, which is part of our desire to contribute to the circular economy, we aim to help our resellers offer a complete offering for the recovery and reuse of IT and telecom equipment.”Rosa Lunis, in charge of the partnership with ATF Gaia at Tech Data France, said in a press release.
Environmental and social indicators are also available to declare non-financial performance: re-employment rates, CO2 emissions avoided, liters of water saved, full-time equivalent jobs created for people with disabilities, etc. The service is also deductible from AGEFIPH and FIPHFP contribution.
“This partnership with Tech Data will allow us to increase the number of materials we process for recycling, and therefore increase our impact on both a social and environmental level.”said Aurélie Pigeat, Partner Purchasing Manager, ATF Gaia
ATF Gaia is part of the ATF Group, which has revenues of 27 million euros in 2021 and has 182 employees. Through its actions, specialized ESNs help companies and administrations comply with their CSR obligations.
